Uri inspires Bullets glory

BIRMINGHAM Bullets captured the final prise of the British basketball season at Wembley last night and added their own chapter to the bizarre sporting career of Uri Geller.

The spoon-bending celebrity was hired as a mental and spiritual trainer for their second Championship assault in three years.

But Birmingham's 78-75 win over Thames Valley Tigers owed more to Mike Finger's coaching, a 28-point display by Tony Dorsey and the support play of Reggie Kirk.
